9 WEEK SEMESTER CLASSES
9 Week Semester Classes happen 3 times per year during the Fall, Winter, and Spring. These classes work together for 9 consecutive weeks to build foundational technique. They do not perform in our year end recital.
9 WEEK SEMESTER CLASS REQUIRED FEES
9-Week Semester Classes = $185.00*
*Creative Play = $171.00 per semester

9 Week Semester Classes require upfront payment.

Dress Code: Please make sure you have reviewed our Dress Code and your dancer is prepared.
DROPPING A 9 WEEK SEMESTER CLASS
There are no refunds for 9 Week Semester Classes, apart from medical exemptions.
Withdrawal from class due to medical reasons, accompanied by a doctor’s note, will be eligible for full refund of tuition, net any classes already attended, and witholding a $50 plus GST cancellation charge. Please email hello@thehappeningdance.com to request a refund.
FULL SEASON CLASSES
Full Season Classes run from September to June, and perform in our year end recital. Tuition is based on the full September to June season, as students are required to make a full season commitment to participate in progressive learning that culminates in a year end recital.
FULL SEASON CLASS REQUIRED FEES
Tuition for classes that run Tuesday to Sunday = $945 split into 3 instalments of $315
Tuition for classes that run Mondays = $804 split into 3 instalments of $268
Registration Fee per Family = $55
Video Fee per Family = $35
Costume Fee per class = $140*
*Costume fee of $120 for Combo and Primary Ballet
*No costume fee for Beginner Pointe

All tuition is paid in 3 instalments.
A 15% discount applies for all families with a cumulative enrolment in five or more full season classes.
FULL SEASON CLASS PAYMENT DATES
Instalments will come through as follows:
1st at time of registration
2nd on November 1st
3rd on February 1st
The Family Registration fee will be charged with the 1st instalment.
The Family Video and the Costume fee will be charged with the 2nd instalment.
DROPPING A FULL SEASON CLASS
The first instalment and family registration fee are non-refundable. If a dancer drops a class on or before October 31st by emailing hello@thehappeningdance.com, no additional fees will be incurred.
If a dancer drops a class on or after November 1st, the remaining two instalments, Family Video Fee, and Costume Fees will be due. They will be charged on their regularly scheduled dates of November 1st and February 1st, or at the time of drop out, whichever comes first.
NSF Fee: $25
If your payment is unable to process when payment is due, a $25 charge will be added to your total
ADDITIONAL FEES
Dress Code: Please make sure you have reviewed our Dress Code and your dancer is prepared.
Change Class Fee: $50
This fee is applied if you do not consult with a Happening faculty member before enrolling, and we need to move your dancer into a more appropriate level. This fee also applies if your dancer wants to change classes entirely E.g. enrolling in jazz and switching to contemporary

SPRING BREAK & SUMMER CAMPS
SUMMER CAMP FEES
Spring Break Camp - $450 per week
Beginner Level Summer Camps = $350 per week
Intermediate Level Summer Camps = $500 per week
Advanced Summer Camps = $500 per week

Register for Summer Camps before May 15 to receive a $50 discount
SUMMER CAMP PAYMENT DATES
Camps require upfront payment.
DROPPING A CAMP
Spring Break Camps = 50% refund if requested by Feb 21, no refunds after this date.
Summer Camps = 50% refund if requested by June 15, no refunds after this date.
