Ballet
Ballet teaches proper alignment, posture, and fluidity of movement, and is considered one of the most foundational forms of dance. Ballet focuses on the beauty in synchronicity and precision. Each ballet class incorporates barre, centre work, and across-the-floor exercises.
Dancers will learn an entire language of ballet vocabulary and positions that will serve them in all other forms of dance. Dancers will focus on differentiating between the smallest changes in positioning, and increasing their body awareness. This focus on technique, flexibility, and conditioning sets dancers up for success in all movement styles.
